A favorite pilates method at our studio is teaching to the male population! Many of whom think that it was created solely for women are quickly shown the benefits of this practice. This pilates method is the most versatile because it can be practiced literally anywhere. If virtual sessions are your thing then you will likely be taking to a practice on your mat. Mat work is great for any level of mover, beginner to advanced and can be modified or progressed with the use of props and instruction from your teacher to fit any need.
