Policies

CANCELLATION AND PUNCTUALITY POLICY

 

Pilates by Ness strives to provide each client with the highest quality of care and service. We will make a concerted effort to accommodate your schedule. You will be provided with scheduled appointments at mutually convenient times. You will be responsible for attending your scheduled appointment, and for being punctual. Last minute cancellations or missed appointments hinder our ability to accommodate the needs of other clients. Therefore, we ask your full cooperation with the following policy:

 

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us NO LATER than 24 hours in advance. In instances where we receive cancellations less than 24 hours notice or you do not show up for your appointment, your account will be automatically charged for the missed session. All cancellations and missed appointments will be documented in your record.

 

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

 

  1. ALL packages expire 3 months from date of purchase. Absolutely NO exceptions.
  2. Packages cannot be shared with friends or family members.
  3. Pilates by Ness has a strict NO refund policy. A doctor’s note stating you cannot participate in Pilates due to an illness/injury is the only exception considered.
